How much is registration?

• Day 1, Power User Training Passes are FREE

• Early Bird Day 2, Conference Passes are on sale now for $399

• Standard Price tickets are $599 and will go on sale August 4, 2025

Can I make changes to my registration?
To make changes to your registration, please contact dannah.bahrani@cloudcoach.com or reach out to your CSM directly.​

 

Is the Power User Training Ticket included in the Early Bird pricing?
No. The Power User Training on Day 1 is free, but it’s not automatically included with your Day 2 Conference Pass. You’ll need to reserve it separately to guarantee your spot. ​

How do I apply a promo code?
Promo codes can be applied at checkout.

 

What’s the payment policy?
We accept several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.​

 

What’s the cancellation policy?
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed or postmarked no later than September 11, 2025. Refunds requested after this date are not guaranteed, including those due to illness, late arrival, weather, or parking issues.
Please note: Credit card processing fees and booking fees are non-refundable.

Are meals provided?
Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided on both days, along with snacks and drinks throughout the day. Come hungry!
